We Are a Yoga Studio / Training School and Healing Center.
We offer vinyasa yoga classes from beginners, all levels and advanced classes.
Yoga Alliance Registered School with a 200 and 300 Hours Teacher Training Program, as well as continuing education with YACEP.
We offer private yoga classes.
Special yoga classes on location : movie sets and conventions.
And we partner with amazing healers in our community creating enhancing workshops such as Reiki training, Angels workshops, Cacau Ceremony, In House Massage, Raw Republic Juice Cleanses, and amazing workshops with guest teachers.
We also train professional athletes such as the New Orleans Pelicans Basketball Team and other NBA players with our yoga for athletes program.
